Top Eats in Esperance

Esperance is quickly becoming a foodie hot spot. From delicious fresh seafood and some of the best bread in Australia to local juice and coffee vans, you can satisfy every craving in Esperance! Here are some of our favourite spots to get some grub.

This local seafood spot boasts some of the freshest and tastiest seafood dishes in town, serving only Australian seafood. The selection changes regularly depending on what's been brought in off the boat that day. We highly recommend checking out their specials board but we especially love their fish & chips. For $10, you'll get a healthy serving of fresh and local fish and heaps of chips. You can't beat that!

Taylor St Quarters is a small bar and restaurant on the beach that serves beautiful fresh, local produce prepared with complex flavours and textures. It offers a relaxed and casual atmosphere that pairs nicely with the live acoustic music that is played on the weekends. The views are to die for, especially paired with the spectacular Esperance sunset sky. People RAVE about the brekkie burgers so they must be quite exceptional. For dinner, try the tapas menu. You really can't go wrong with anything here.

Lucky Bay Brewing

Lucky Bay Brewing is a hotspot for tourists and locals alike. This microbrewery offers a range of locally brewed craft beers, live music, a great atmosphere and of course, delicious food with a farm-to-plate focus. Their new menu has a long list of woodfire pizzas to choose from that pair perfectly with their beers, as well as small bites and sharing plates for your whole group to enjoy. The daily specials on rotation aren't to be missed, but we highly recommend their Sunday roast to round our your week in Esperance.

This upscale grill house only serves local produce and Australian sea-caught seafood. Not only does their menu leave you salivating but their drinks menu is also very impressive. They have an extensive wine list as well as an impressive beer list and a fun and creative cocktail menu. We highly recommend the smoked chicken glazed with maple syrup and green chill or the rack of lamb. If you are after something sweet, try the Death by Chocolate.

This coffee shop has amazing coffee and delicious baked goods. You'll be happy you stopped here for a quick brekkie before tackling that hike. Their pastries are perfectly baked and croissant toasties are delicious. The bagel sandwiches make for a perfect lunch on the go and will give you the energy you need to tackle the day. Text ahead to have your order ready if you're in a rush. Can it get any better?
